Shipping Policy

Every piece is carefully handmade just for you. Because of the detailed craftsmanship involved in creating our mushroom and crystal miniature worlds, please allow 3–5 weeks for handcrafting and order preparation before shipment.

Please note that this 3–5 week timeframe is the creation and processing time only and does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Fee

We offer Standard Shipping for a flat rate of $8 USD per order.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Processing Time

Our pieces are handmade rather than mass-produced. Each mushroom miniature is individually crafted, assembled, and carefully prepared before leaving our studio.

Handcrafting & Processing Time: 3–5 weeks

During holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, when tracking is available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

We appreciate your patience while your handmade piece makes its way to you.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
