Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our mushroom and crystal creations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or natural variations in handmade items.

Each piece is carefully handcrafted, which means slight differences in color, shape, texture, placement, and other small details may occur. Natural crystals may also vary in color, clarity, pattern, size, and inclusions. These unique variations are part of what makes each piece special and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and securely package every piece before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item
Photos of the packaging and shipping box
A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and do our best to find an appropriate solution.

Shipping Damage

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, transportation and handling are outside of our direct control.

If your package shows significant damage caused during transit, please contact us within 24 hours and keep all original packaging. We may ask you to provide photos or other information needed to assist with a shipping claim.

Order Cancellations

Because many of our pieces are handmade or prepared specifically for each order, cancellations may not be possible once production or order preparation has begun.
